She was arrested Monday and is charged with identity theft. She is suspected of being in the country illegally and is being held for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

• Maria Godoy-Hernandez, 28, of Nashville is accused of using an Illinois resident's Social Security number to gain employment at a Franklin business.
