FORT PIERCE — The office manager of a state Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Driver License office in Fort Pierce faces felony charges after helping immigrants renew their licenses illegally, according to recently released court and arrest records.
Heather Chinea, 38, was arrested Wednesday on five counts of unlawful issuance of a driver’s license following a Florida Highway Patrol investigation.
