Idaho Lawmakers Introduce Tougher Laws Against Those Hiring Illegal Aliens
In response to the rising financial burden being posed on the state by illegal aliens, among other sponsors, Idaho State Senator Mike Jorgenson (R-Hayden Lake) has introduced legislation which if passed, would revoke the business license of any employer found to be knowingly hiring illegal aliens.
The new measure would also require employers throughout the state to use the federal E-Verify system, in order to confirm a potential employee’s citizenship...
