"Not seeing a majority of people in our community supporting this particular initiative, I thought it was appropriate to vote no," the mayor said...

You are too white to be American! Says Latino KKK
Illegal immigration supporting Brown Beret protesters harass American patriots in front of Californians rallied in front of Angel Stadium (Anaheim, CA) that are trying to support Arizona's SB 1070 law on Tuesday July 13, 2010.
Nicknamed the Tan Klan or Latino KKK, the Brown Berets are a paramilitary organization founded in the 1960's that support illegal immigration as a way to forge a racially pure homeland for Latino's by overthrowing part or all of the United States. Many of these brown Nazis call their plans for a racist homeland 'Aztlan'.
While this woman brazenly screams racist comments through a bull horn, she can do so because the Obama administration and most of the major news networks in America have her back.
While many in the media will conceal this incident, coverage of the NAACP's false claim the Tea Party Movement is racist can be found on all networks.
If America knew the truth about the real violence and racism that is pervasive in the pro illegal alien and pro Comprehensive Immigration Reform AMNESTY movement, then CIR would be destroyed.
America needs to abandon the Obama, McCain, Kennedy, Bush Amnesty agenda for illegal aliens and move to enforce our existing border and immigration laws instead which will slowly push illegal aliens to return to their home.
If we fail to do that, groups like the Brown Berets will gain power and become more of a threat to law abiding Americans.

The Obama administration announced Monday that National Guard troops will begin to be deployed to the U.S.-Mexico border on August 1st "as part of the administration's unprecedented efforts to combat the transnational criminal organizations that smuggle weapons, cash and people" on the border.
President Obama said in May that up to 1,200 National Guard troops would be deployed to the border to provide support in the fight against illegal immigration and criminal activity along the border.
According to the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense, the largest chunk of National Guard troops - 524 - are being deployed to Arizona, which has become the focus of the debate over immigration thanks to its controversial immigration law.
Federal officials said California and Texas are getting more than 200 troops each, while 72 are being deployed in New Mexico and 130 are "serving as command and control and other support."
The Obama administration says the troops will be in place for a year. They "will provide direct support to federal law enforcement officers and agents working in high-risk areas to disrupt criminal organizations seeking to move people and goods illegally across the Southwest border," according to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.
According to the Associated Press, the troops will be fully deployed by September...

For instance, Calderon's government is filing a lawsuit against Arizona over their new immigration enforcement law. Calderon himself during a visit to Washington, DC scolded the state of Arizona and its citizens and received a standing ovation from Democrat members of Congress.
However, Calderon and his government appear to be unwilling to acknowledge their own hypocrisy in dealing with illegal immigrants who enter Mexico from Central American countries. Considered felons by the Mexican government, these immigrants fear detention, rape and robbery. Police and soldiers hunt them down at railroads, bus stations and fleabag hotels. Sometimes they are deported; more often officers beat them and simply take their money and possessions.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The immigration issues roiling Arizona came to Cleveland on Friday, stoking passionate discussion, and probably not for the last time.
A forum at the City Club of Cleveland introduced State Rep. Courtney Combs, a downstate Republican who is calling for an Arizona-like crackdown on illegal immigrants in Ohio.
Combs declared illegal immigration a national menace and said states must step in where federal authorities are slow to tread...

Sumter, SC (WLTX) - Shaw Air Force base officials and Sumter Police say a civilian sub-contractor attempted to bring 25 illegal immigrants on the base.
Officials say the incident took place at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday to work on a construction project.
Airmen at the base say they noticed that some of the people in the group had improper identification. Officers refused them entry, and said they saw a lack of documentation.
Airmen then called the Sumter Police Department, who in turn contacted U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.
"This was great police work," said Maj. Mark Walsh, 20th SFS commander in a written statement. "Our Airmen did what they are supposed to do. There was no breach of Shaw's security. Throughout the situation, our security forces acted correctly and decisively."
Shaw officials say the sub-contractor has been identified as Palacio Drywall of Cornelius, N.C.
The 25 people were detained. Two were identified as fugitives and were taken to the Charleston County Detention Center. The other 23 were background checked and released on recognizance.

(Fremont, NE) -- The city of Fremont, Nebraska has officially banned illegal immigrants from working and living in their city.
Former City Councilman Bob Warner started the effort two years ago by proposing the ordinance.
It was voted down by the city council, but kept alive in the form of a petition.
It then went to the voters and passed.
The Fremont city council officially certified the elections results last night in front of a large crowd.
The new law, which takes effect on July 29th, means all landlords and employers will have to electronically verify a person's legal status before renting or hiring.
The ACLU has promised to challenge the law in court.

According to state and federal laws, public business entities are to use the E-Verify system to check an alien's eligibility to work within the US. However, a few months ago, it was discovered that illegal aliens were working on the Cobb County courthouse project. Approximately 15 illegal aliens were removed from the worksite. Fast forward to July 2010; two of the previously removed illegal aliens are back working on the courthouse site.
The group, Jobs for Georgians, exposed the initial violations several months ago and now they wonder how illegal aliens can be back on the worksite just a few months later...

If Bill White is elected governor of Texas, will he order the U.S. Border Patrol to leave the state? Will he hand over the state of Texas to the government of Mexico? Yes, these questions sound outrageous, but it’s also outrageous that Mr. White is courting an endorsement from the National Council of La Raza.
La Raza coordinates community activism with other racist Hispanic groups that support an ‘Open Doors’ immigration policy and other dubious political causes. The Dallas Morning News disclosed that Bill White, the Democratic nominee in the 2010 Texas governor’s race, gave a speech to La Raza on Monday in San Antonio to outline his “5-point education program.”
According to Human Events, “key among the secondary organizations (of La Raza) is the radical racist group Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MECHA), one of the most anti-American groups in the country, which has permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s, and continues to carve a racist nation out of the American West.”...

PHOENIX — Two more Latin American countries added their own objections Tuesday to Arizona’s new immigration law.
In legal papers filed in federal court, Luis Gallegos, the ambassador to the United States from Ecuador, said his country wants to join Mexico in the fight to convince U.S. District Court Judge Susan Bolton to block the state from enforcing the law.
“Similar to Mexico, Ecuador has a substantial and compelling interest in ensuring that its bilateral diplomatic relations with the government of the United States of America are transparent, consistent and reliable, and not frustrated by the actions of individual U.S. states, in this case, Arizona,” Gallegos wrote. He said SB 1070 “raises substantial challenges” to relations between the two countries...

“Mexico!” by Alpha Maser
Lyrics:
Tin soldiers and O’s not comin’
Arizona’s on its own
This summer they’ll just keep comin’
Thousands more from Mexico
Gotta get down to it
Illegals are running us down
They Should have been gone long ago
What if the violence gets to you
Founding kids dead on the ground?
Claiming racism when you know… Better!
Tin soldiers and Barack’s not comin’
Arizona’s on its own
This summer they’ll keep comin’
Thousands more from Mexico
Gotta get down to it
Illegals are running us down
Should have been gone long ago
What if violence gets you
Found kids dead on the ground?
Claiming racism when you know… Better!
Na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na.
Na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na.
Na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na.
Na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na.
22 Thousand dead in Mexico
Deputy Killed near Mexico
Rancher dead near Mexico
Officer down near Mexico
Drugs are flowing from Mexico
Aliens smuggle guns to Mexico
Prisons over crowded near Mexico
Hospitals over flowing near Mexico
Felons and gangsters from Mexico

Nearly five years ago, The Claremont Institute posted an article which provides the basic facts:
- Across the nation cities from New York to Houston to San Diego forbid city officials—including police—from inquiring into anyone’s immigration status or cooperating with immigration officials. The police may not stop or detain persons solely due to their immigration status or even inquire into their status while making routine traffic stops or misdemeanor arrests. These policies have, in effect, created safe havens for illegal immigrants, including criminal aliens.
Cities began adopting sanctuary laws in the 1980s, supposedly to foster trust between illegal immigrants and police. Proponents argued that crimes would not be reported, witnesses to crime would not come forth and immigrants wouldn’t cooperate with police if they feared deportation. Yet the policies adopted reflect the power of immigration advocacy groups more than concerns about crime prevention. Politicians in large cities with significant immigrant populations simply surrendered to the demands of immigrant rights groups that sought to minimize—if not extinguish—the distinction between legal immigrants and illegal aliens. Nor is it only immigrants’ rights groups that promote sanctuary cities. Business interests want a steady source of cheap, compliant and exploitable labor; the minions of the welfare state want to magnify their power by extending the largess of the administrative state to those who will, in all likelihood, take their place in the so-called “underclass.”
The resulting policies not only tolerate crime—after all, illegal immigrants are lawbreakers—but actively abet and protect criminal activity by handcuffing the powers of the police.
Nearly five years ago, the Institute reported that a minimum of 400,000 illegal immigrants had “received final deportation orders from a federal judge,” yet “failed to show up for deportation.” Of these, nearly 100,000 were convicted criminals. The Institute reports: “In sanctuary cities police may not inquire into the deportation status of these aliens or apprehend them until they have committed another crime.”
Additionally, the Institute reported nearly five years ago, 25 percent of California’s prison population was illegal immigrants, “far in excess of their numbers in the general population. When these aliens finish their sentences they are subject to deportation. Yet it has been estimated that fewer than 50 percent of these criminals are actually deported.”
“Even criminal aliens who are actually deported later receive sanctuary in these cities upon their return to the United States,” the Institute reported. “Such returnees naturally look to sanctuary cities as safe havens.”
At this same time, Barack Obama was in the U.S. Senate. These were known facts. Keep this in mind...

Anael Martinez, left, and Anibal Escobar, right, have been charged with the rape of a 14-year-old Texas girl. The two suspects told Texas police they are illegal immigrants from Honduras.
The victim told police that she went to an Independence Day party with her cousin in Horseshoe Bay, Tex., about 40 miles northwest of Austin, where she was left in a room with Anibal Escobar, 19, and Anael Martinez, 22, MyFoxAustin reported.
The two Honduran natives, who told police they are in the U.S. illegally, made advances at the victim and then raped her, she told police. The victim’s cousin discovered her in the bathtub and brought her home.
Escobar and Martinez were arrested early in the morning on July 9 and face felony charges of aggravated sexual assault, MyFoxAustin reported. Local investigators contacted Texas Rangers to assist in their investigation and translate, as none of the witnesses at the party or the suspects spoke English.

LAS VEGAS -- In this election season, Senator Harry Reid's campaign events often include claims of how many stimulus funded jobs he's created. But how many of these construction jobs are going to workers in the country illegally?
E-Verify is a computer program many employers use to determine if job applicants are U.S. citizens. Construction companies are not forced to use the official E-Verify system to determine if construction job applicants are in this country legally.
Republican Senator Jeff Sessions introduced an amendment in 2009 that would have made E-Verify permanent and mandatory for all construction companies. Senator Reid did not allow the idea to come up for a vote.
"The reason: we need to do comprehensive immigration reform. We cannot do it piecemeal," said Reid...
