HB512 addresses if you are driving under the influence of alcohol with a suspended license or without a license, you are given a mandatory prison term. It would therefore be a felony if an illegal was involved in a fatal accident and did not have a driver's license. This bill has just passed committee and will be coming to a vote this week!!
HB512 may be put as a amendment into another bill, possibly a bill for the Ohio Sate Patrol, so be sure to say you want your rep to support 512 as an amendment when you call.
