Illegal Alien Sexually Assaults 6 Year Old Boy In Porn Film

Maynor Quintanilla-Leon, 25, pleaded guilty Friday in Maryland to sexually exploiting a minor to produce child pornography. Quintanilla is identified as an illegal alien.

According to the plea agreement and report obtained by the National Association of Chiefs of Police, on July 8, 2009, Prince George’s County Police officers were informed that an individual had discovered a VCR and videotape in a dumpster that depicted an adult male sexually abusing a male child.

Officers obtained and reviewed the tape, which portrayed sadistic or masochistic conduct, or other depictions of violence. The tape lasts 47 minutes and 37 seconds. During the video, the child refers to his assailant as “Maynor.”...

Immigration Groups Reform As Reid Focuses On Energy Bill

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s plan to move energy legislation in July has cast a pall over the chances of comprehensive immigration reform.

The signal from Reid (D-Nev.) that Senate Democrats will focus on energy over the next two months has changed the strategy of some pro-immigration groups.

Instead of pushing for comprehensive reform, they will focus on smaller proposals that could have more bipartisan support.

One such popular proposal is the Dream Act, legislation sponsored by Sens. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) and Dick Lugar (R-Ind.) that would put illegal immigrants who came to the country at a young age on the path to legal permanent residence...

Janet Napolitano Offers To Help Put Stop To Illegal Border Crossings

ABU DHABI — The United States government, which has difficulty controlling its own borders, has agreed to help Saudi Arabia secure its dangerous border areas near Yemen.

"It is a very rough border, very difficult to protect from illegal crossings," U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said.

In late May, Ms. Napolitano met Saudi leaders to discuss a range of security programs, including training, joint exercises, intelligence and arms sales. Officials said both the Americans and Saudis agreed that the Iranian-backed Shi'ite insurgency from Yemen was the leading threat to Riyad...

Rasmussen Poll: 58% Reject Anchor Baby Citizenship

Do you get the feeling that Americans are sick and tired of being gamed by parasitic illegal aliens? The jackpot baby scam, where a pregnant illegal alien crosses the border to pop out a citizen meal ticket, is rejected by a substantial majority of voters.

A recent poll shows that aliens using even cutesy babies as a prop is falling on deaf ears:

58% Say No to Citizenship for Children of Illegal Immigrants, Rasmussen Reports, June 3, 2010

Fifty-eight percent (58%) of U.S. voters say a child born to an illegal immigrant in this country should not automatically become a citizen of the United States, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.

Thirty-three percent (33%) disagree and say if a women enters the United States as an illegal alien and gives birth to a child here, that child should automatically be a U.S. citizen. That’s what the current law allows and many believe it would require a Constitutional Amendment to change the law...

Birch Leader Blasts Illegal Immigration

CASPER — Illegal immigration carries not just economic costs but political and cultural ones as well, the president of the John Birch Society told an enthusiastic crowd of about 70 at the Oil and Gas Commission in Casper on Thursday night.

“There are many costs to illegal immigration ... there is a cost in the amount of money that is being spent for the welfare and the education and the housing, and there is a cost in hospitals closing because they have to treat people who can’t pay and don’t pay,” society President John F. McManus said in an interview before his presentation, a point he reiterated in his speech. That cost, according to McManus, is $36 billion annually.

McManus is on a nationwide tour, outlining society’s stance on the immigration issue. His presentation — “Stealing the American Dream” — discusses how society believes illegal immigration affects the country.

He touched on topics including proposals for amnesty for those in the country illegally and the path to citizenship.

“The anchor baby thing (is) absolutely wrong. Totally wrong. Then the baby gets to invite the whole family — the relatives, the aunts and the uncles and everybody. It’s ridiculous; no other country does that,” McManus said. The term anchor baby refers to children born in the United States to parents who are in the country illegally. The Constitution provides that anyone born in the U.S. is automatically a citizen...

Mixup Confounds Immigration And Police Officials

If Jorge Dominguez would have been in jail on an immigration hold and not driving a car on Memorial Day, Dawn Glogovsky would probably still be alive.

Dominguez was here illegally, according to immigration officials. Dominguez had an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold, but it somehow got dropped from two area law enforcement records. Meanwhile the ICE agency said the hold was there for at least 10 months and they don’t know what caused the communication disconnect.

Prior to the car crash that killed Glogovsky, Dominguez had numerous contacts with law enforcement agencies. The Burlington Police Department and the Racine and Cook county sheriff’s departments arrested Dominguez for battery, possession of cocaine, obstructing a police officer and a felony count of possession of a controlled substance, according to law enforcement officials.

On Memorial Day, Dominguez allegedly drove into the intersection of highways 45 and N in Paris about 10:45 p.m. and crashed into a car. Glogovsky, a passenger in that car, died. Her husband, Frank J. Glogovsky, was injured, and their 13-year-old son, Frank R. “Remi” Glogovsky, had minor injuries. The family is from Brighton.

Here illegally

Carl Rusnok, a spokesman for ICE, said the agency did issue an immigration hold in July because Dominguez is an illegal immigrant.

“I don’t know what happened,” Rusnok said. “He did have a detainer in Racine County and our records show he had a detainer in Cook County. This is not a finger-pointing issue. But our records show one thing and theirs show another. We’re trying to find out where the disconnect happened.”...

Illegal Immigrants Don't Respect Our Laws

The United States was founded by immigrants who declared independence from Britain. This nation's founders wanted to be ruled by equitable laws that our citizens made for themselves, not by royalty or dictators. Every citizen of the United States has the right to challenge unjust laws through legislatures or the courts; therefore, respecting our nation's laws is fundamental to being a good American.

For Judith Hutton, CEO of the YWCA of Princeton ("Honor the legacy of Dorothy Height," May 23), to assert in her op-ed article that enforcement of our existing immigration laws is "racism" insults every American who believes in the rule of law. Her article also disrespects the millions of legal immigrants who have enriched our nation by obeying our laws, applying for legal residency and often becoming citizens.

My many immigrant friends resentfully describe those who sneak across our borders as "line breakers." Without exception, they're all furious over our federal government's unwillingness to enforce our immigration laws. Those who violate our immigration laws by coming into or remaining in the U.S. illegally have already disregarded one of the most fundamental precepts of being an American. If they begin their stay in our nation by breaking the law, how could we reasonably expect such immigrants to respect any of our other laws?

It is not surprising, therefore, that an estimated 12 Americans are murdered every day by illegal aliens, according to statistics released by Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa. If only half of those numbers are correct, it translates to 2,190 Americans murdered annually by illegal immigrants. That's about 21,000 since Sept. 11, 2001. Ninety-five percent of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens. Twenty-nine percent (630,000) of our state and federal prison population is composed of convicted illegal alien felons, which costs our nation more than $1.6 billion annually...

Tennessee Lawmakers Commend Arizona For Controversial Immigration Law

With the budget out of the way, the state Senate is passing the remainder of its bills. But lawmakers also took time to weigh in on another state's controversial piece of legislation.

It's a resolution that congratulates the state of Arizona for passing legislation to deal with illegal immigration. While the resolution does nothing but offer support, it is stirring up emotions.

"There's no factual reason for doing this," said Sen. Doug Henry. "All you're doing is insulting people who are trying to make a better life for themselves."

"In Mount Juliet, we've had two couples that were killed by illegals driving drunk. That's when it becomes our business," said Sen. Mae Beavers.

Arizona's law requires police to question the immigration status of those they detain or arrest if they suspect they are in the country illegally.

"This new Arizona law just mirrors federal law, which already requires aliens to register and carry their documents with them," Sen. Jim Tracy said...
