Maynor Quintanilla-Leon, 25, pleaded guilty Friday in Maryland to sexually exploiting a minor to produce child pornography. Quintanilla is identified as an illegal alien.
According to the plea agreement and report obtained by the National Association of Chiefs of Police, on July 8, 2009, Prince George’s County Police officers were informed that an individual had discovered a VCR and videotape in a dumpster that depicted an adult male sexually abusing a male child.
Officers obtained and reviewed the tape, which portrayed sadistic or masochistic conduct, or other depictions of violence. The tape lasts 47 minutes and 37 seconds. During the video, the child refers to his assailant as “Maynor.”...
