President Obama said tonight he wants to pursue "comprehensive immigration reform" this year, seeking to clarify comments he made last week suggesting the issue may be too politically difficult for the near term.
"I want to begin work this year, and I want Democrats and Republicans to work with me," Obama said at a Cinco de Mayo celebration in the White House Rose Garden.
