Authorities Uncover Fake Identification Operation In SLO Co.
Two people are arrested for their part in a suspected fake identification manufacturing operation in San Luis Obispo County.
San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Deputies teamed up with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to serve two search warrants in San Miguel and Paso Robles Monday, related to an investigation into the manufacturing and sale of fake U.S. documents, like permanent resident cards and social security cards. They say the documents were being sold to illegal immigrants so they can become employed in the U.S. and possibly receive benefits from the government...
